great impression sustainability tour vegetable garden
the staff made a great impression and asked for feedback about improvements on our last day. i honestly couldn't think of any. the hotel offered a sustainability tour with giri, who is passionate about sustainability. i enjoyed a tour with duta in the vegetable garden.
i wish there were options for activities not related to coffee or gardening.

the staff were helpful and attentive , ready to assist with any request. members of the team frequently checked in to ensure a comfortable stay. the butler service was efficient and personalized.

both restaurants offer balinese food and other international dishes. the vegetable garden supplies fresh ingredients for the kitchen. breakfast boxes were prepared for early departures , including pineapple juice.

amazing service attentive staff fine view old reception bland food dated room
The staff provided amazing service ! They were very attentive and super helpful. The views were fine. The shared resort area was also great. I loved sitting by the beautiful pool.
The reception looked old and crowded. It really needs some updates. The food was not very good. It tasted bland. It was always cold too. The rooms looked very dated. I was surprised the hotel is only 15 years old.

quiet time restful time amazing location
the location is amazing, far from crowds. it has about 40 units and tends to be restful because it caters more to adults. it was a very quiet and restful time, perfect for recharging.

tired reception constant noise
The reception area seemed a bit worn and crowded. It could use some updating. the noise from the banging and drilling was constant during the day, even on saturday. it definitely affected my relaxation.
